Selwyn Snell

Mr Selwyn Snell will bring a long and proven track record of commercial and listed company experience to Indigo Pacific. He has experience with both small and large capitalized companies as the former chief executive of listed small cap BioProspect Limited and former chief executive of IAMA Limited, Australia's largest agribusiness reseller with a turnover of $1 billion.

Mr Snell has lived abroad for many years, serving on boards and in executive positions of a number of companies. He brings over 30 years experience with an impeccable record, reputation and understanding of corporate governance requirements. With his wealth of public company experience, the addition of Mr Snell as Chairman of the Company will greatly assist Indigo in its endeavours to increase shareholder value.



Stephen Mackay

Managing Director

Mr Mackay holds a degree in Accounting and Business Administration, is a Fellow of the National Institute of Accountants and an Associate Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management. Prior to commencing with Indigo Pacific Capital Limited, Mr Mackay held senior executive roles with City Pacific Limited, the Daikyo Group and with Dr Stanley Ho. He is a past Senior Vice President of the Urban Development Institute of Australia and is also a director of listed development company, CP1 Limited.



Lawrence Truce

Director

Mr Truce is Executive Chairman of the Indigo Group and holds the rare combination of qualifications and professional registration in both architecture and civil/structural engineering. Lawrence has also completed formal studies in business and company directorship and is a fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Under his direction his previous consultancy practice was recipient of the "Australian Small Business Award" for total quality management and the prestigious Australian Quality Award.

His diverse management and business skills coupled with his entrepreneurial focus on converting opportunity to reality will provide Indigo Pacific Capital Limited with its drive, flexibility and vision for the future.



Mitchell Nielsen

Director

As Managing Director of the Indigo Group, Mitch is responsible for the day to day strategic direction and operation of the organisation. His responsibilities encompass every aspect of operations including financial structuring, business management and planning and business development and marketing.

With almost 20 years experience in the construction and development industry, Mitch has also completed extensive post graduate studies in project management, applied finance, securities, investment and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

His drive and stewardship will provide Indigo Pacific Capital Limited with a strong focus on stable growth.



Ian Gillespie

Director

Mr Ian Gillespie has 20 years experience in business leadership roles as chief executive or general manager in a broad range of industries in Australia and internationally.

He has served on a number of boards in Australia and overseas, including public, private and start up companies. He has a successful track record in business turnarounds and profitable mergers, acquisitions and divestments, and brings 10 years experience in industrial relations and corporate law. Mr Gillespie's wide experience in business analysis and strategy will be enormously valuable in the further expansion of Indigo Pacific and its growth outlook.
